Thank you for shopping with EarthBits! We strive to give you the best products possible and make everybody happy, but we understand sometimes things may not work out for you.
If you are not fully satisfied with your product or have any question, please contact us first at email@example.com, we will do everything we can to provide a solution to your queries.
Some of our products are handcrafted, so there may sometimes be some variations in colour, texture, finish or size. These are not considered flaws, as that’s what makes these products completely unique and eco-friendly made.
Should you not be satisfied with your product, you have 21 days from date of receipt to return it.
For returns to be eligible please make sure that:
- Your item is unused and in the same conditions you received it. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, please note we cannot accept returns for unwrapped/opened skin, self-care and beauty items.
- Your item is unopened and in the original packaging. We do our best to avoid waste, and even though we try to keep packaging to a minimum, we want to avoid any further waste created by re-packaging processes.
Please be aware due to the nature of these items and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following products: toothbrushes, toiletries & cosmetics (including toothpaste and make-up), skin care products, soaps and shampoos, sanitary products (pads & cups).
We cannot refund return delivery costs.
If your item is returned to us undelivered due to incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc., we will require you to pay the full postage cost (i.e. £3.92 for a Royal Mail small parcel) to have your order re-sent to you.)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and inform you of the status of your refund. Once the refund is approved, we will process your product cost refund on the method of payment used for your original purchase.
