JUST THROW IT IN THE WASH: Because this produce bag is made from 100% organic cotton, once you use it for a few times you can just chuck it in the wash to get it ready for another day at the market!

GREAT FOR STORING POTATO AND ONIONS: These bags are not just for carrying your fruit and veggies home from the shops, but also great to store with. Just hang them on a handle or store in a cupboard with your onions or garlic. Also, because potatoes need to be in the dark they’re great for storing them too.

DON’T CLING TO CLING FILM: Unlike commercial plastic film, these lovely and durable Beeswax Wraps are all-natural, so no dangerous chemicals will leach into any of the food leftovers you have wrapped in them.

KEEP FOOD FRESH AND AVOID FOOD WASTE: Whether you want to keep your sandwich fresh and your fresh veggies crunchy during your lunch break, or keep your bread crispier without any plastic, the combination of beeswax and cotton fabric creates a breathable wrap perfect for keeping snacks, fruit and food in great conditions for longer

COTTON, LIKE PLASTIC, IS NOT A SINGLE-USE PRODUCT: We as a society have finally started talking about how damaging single-use plastic is, and how it doesn't make any sense to use it once and bin it. However, cotton too is a crop that needs a lot of water to grow, so why throw it away after just one use? Say no to disposable kitchen towels and switch to these fantastic reusable ones, they will last forever!

ORGANIC COTTON FOR AS MANY USES AS YOU CAN THINK OF!: These beautiful cotton towels are handmade using organic cotton in natural shade. They are great for using in the kitchen, wiping cheeky spills on tables or counters, cleaning dirty little hands,  and even great while out and about for any emergency accident!

Upcycling is one of our favourite zero-waste habits here at EarthBits!

      MEET EARTHBITS

First off, thank you for visiting our website! We starting our own journey as a zero-waste family with a clear goal in mind to make meaningful changes in our habits and lifestyle; our mantra has always been “have less impact on the planet, create less waste, and become better, more sustainable consumers”.

In our quest to swap plastic or disposable products with durable, plastic-free and less wasteful alternatives, we found there were companies we fell we could trust completely. These companies are now part of the EarthBits family and we are very proud to collaborate with them and showcase their products on this site!

On the other hand, we also found there were a lot of other products that were advertised as “eco-friendly” but didn’t seem to us as sustainable or ethical as we wanted them to be. With that in mind, we decided to launch our own brand of products, sourced from small, often family-run suppliers we can fully trust.

All our products have a story to tell, and they have been made with our beautiful Earth in mind! I hope you will love them as much as we do!
